I highly recommend Thompson Heating and Cooling. Josh Thompson (owner) came highly recommended to me 2 years ago. I was using a large HVAC company in Parker and began having Thompson do my maintenance. Josh quickly earned my trust. He took the time to educate me on my system and he truly understands that great HVAC relationships start with service. He now does my scheduled preventative maintenance. They are thorough, honest, affordably priced, and very knowledgeable. He also replaced my humidifier. When my regular humidifier stopped working, we decided to go with a steam humidifier. Josh gave us all the right information to make an informed decision. Our steam humidifier installation was clean, well explained, and made an immediate comfort difference. Professional, reliable, and focused on doing things right, it's obvious he is in it for the long haul.

Josh Thompson is one of the most competent and honest people I have ever met. When my furnace died in sub-zero weather, he had a tech out in two hours to check on me and a new furnace installed by 3 pm the next day. (The old one was 34 years old.) Josh and his team are absolutely amazing. Josh fixed my AC last year in a timely and professional manner, and this year he handled my furnace and heating system just as smoothly. He even upgraded my thermostat because my old one needed replacing. His work was extremely detailed. He removed my door when needed and put everything back perfectly, making sure my home looked just as good as new when he was done. I really appreciated the respect shown for my home as well. They did not wear shoes inside while moving in and out. Well, they did but they put shoe covers on each time they came in.
