Thompson Heating and Cooling is outstanding. When my furnace went out in the middle of winter, Josh’s responsiveness and attentiveness made all the difference—my kids and I never had to go without heat. He was honest, thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. He also set me up with new thermostats, and knowing I’m not the most tech-savvy, he took the time to walk me through everything with patience until I felt comfortable. We’ll absolutely be using him again when it’s time to replace our furnace, and I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know.

I highly recommend Thompson Heating and Cooling. Josh Thompson (owner) came highly recommended to me 2 years ago. I was using a large HVAC company in Parker and began having Thompson do my maintenance. Josh quickly earned my trust. He took the time to educate me on my system and he truly understands that great HVAC relationships start with service. He now does my scheduled preventative maintenance. They are thorough, honest, affordably priced, and very knowledgeable. He also replaced my humidifier. When my regular humidifier stopped working, we decided to go with a steam humidifier. Josh gave us all the right information to make an informed decision. Our steam humidifier installation was clean, well explained, and made an immediate comfort difference. Professional, reliable, and focused on doing things right, it's obvious he is in it for the long haul.
