They are thorough, honest, affordably priced, and very knowledgeable. He also replaced my humidifier. When my regular humidifier stopped working, we decided to go with a steam humidifier. Josh gave us all the right information to make an informed decision. Our steam humidifier installation was clean, well explained, and made an immediate comfort difference. Josh Thompson is one of the most competent and honest people I have ever met.
