Josh and the team at Thompson Heating & Cooling came through for us in a big way. During 100-degree weather, they got us on the schedule the same week and even came out after hours. They gave me the option to repair our 20-plus-year-old unit, but I ultimately decided to replace the entire system. We now have a new furnace with a heat exchanger backed by a 99-year warranty, along with a new thermostat—and let me tell you, I’ll never buy a Nest again!
