They are thorough, honest, affordably priced, and very knowledgeable. He also replaced my humidifier. When my regular humidifier stopped working, we decided to go with a steam humidifier. Josh gave us all the right information to make an informed decision. Our steam humidifier installation was clean, well explained, and made an immediate comfort difference.
